Hello Can credits for stock photos be transferred from a private account to a company account? I wanted to buy credits on a company account, but was redirected to my private account. Credits now appear only on private account, not on company account.
At this time only the administrator of your company account can purchase credits for your company. If you use the credits you purchased then the assets you license will appear under your personal license history and not the team. You can request to return your credits by contacting customer care: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and the have your administrator place an order for credit packs via the same channel used to set up the Creative Cloud team. Please note that credit packs purchased for the team will be available to all members of the team.
