Photoshop and Illustrator don't have "stocks". I wonder if you mean you have an account to Adobe Stock images? I'll move your post there from Using the Community, but let me know if I'm wrong. We can move it again.

Licensed stock images are not transferable and can only be used by the original licensee within the terms of the license agreement.
