Hello,
Yesterday I have accidentally purchased a licence for premium picture that has billed my account for more than 200 USD , I would suggest it is rather unprofessional for such a big company not to have clearly marked that this photo is premium and doesn't go under 10 free photos in the trial. However I have read that you are not offering refunds. As I have contacted my bank and the money has still not been transfered I am curious if it would be possible to use that money to buy a premium plan/ credits (with the extra payment if necessary)- also in that case there is no need to take licence back as it can just be removed from credits bought.
