Transferring an enhanced licence to an extended licence

Hi Everyone

Can someone please tell me how to change a standard or enhanced licence to a "extended licence".

I am new at using stock and have just started a small business. I am using Stock templates which have a enhanced licence showing with them, but because I use the template to create a personal template for my client which I then sell the them I need to have the extended licence. 

Purchased 3 credits today. 

Today I completed work  for a client ready to go but I can not see how to change the licence over to the extended .
