Trouble downloading free templates in inDesign, illustrator, and photoshop

Hi, I have trouble downloading any free template. I click download and the adobe stock window pops up but it keeps spinning. Is there any way to help with this issue? thank you

Please login to https://stock.adobe.com and download the file from there. Let us know if you are successful or not.

I got some help from technical support. I had to logout from my cc account and close all the Adobe background processes. It worked 🙂 Thank you!
