Trouble editing a template I bought from stock

Hi there I purchased a template from Adobe stock and I want to change the font and the document layout but now I am stuck with blue boxes around my text that I can't seem to get rid of. I also get blue boxes if I change the document layout. I also attached what my toolbar looks like when I am in the "San Xavier" text box. Wondering how I can get that off?
