Trouble with a typeface from Adobe Stock

New Here ,

Hello, today I purchased the following typeface twice (once through my account and once through my partners in case it was an issue with my account).

However, when I open the file, it simply shows me the exact image in the link of the word "lollipop" with the alphabet underneath, with no way to edit the wording to my own words. How do I go about doing this? Have I just wasted my money?

These are just outlines and not the kind of typeface you can expect to install and use for text.

The word Typeface is a little misleading, these are illustrations of characters (and not even a Graphic Style to get the effect shown on the big word Lollipop).

You may try to complain and get your money back.

Thank you, I will do. I'm really disappointed!
