Trying to charge me for a subscription that I cancelled months ago

I cancelled my Adobe Stock subscription months ago and since then there hasn't been any issues and all of a sudden this month I am being asked to pay for a subscription that I didn't apply for. All the assets are still untouched. I've been trying to get in touch with someone to get this sorted for weeks now but Adobe seems to have the worst customer service and all it does is take me in circles on their website. Is there anyone that I can speak to and get this sorted?

I tried that multiple times and it keeps taking me in circles through the website. I used my phone a couple of times and there was a chat pop-up option but when you type a message it doesn't allow you to send it through. It's ridiculous just how complicated it is to get an actual person to sort out this situation and I refuse to pay for something that I haven't purchased. It even says that I have 80 assets available but they are trying to charge me for a 10 asset a month plan that I had cancelled since July, when I had already used up all of my assets that I had purchased then. Why do I now have eight months worth of unused assets and why have they only tried to charge me now for it? None of it makes sense.

And me too , I can't get any photos even when i paid for it!! And I couldn't find anyone to ask about it , why they don't have help center? And today i got deducted from my account twice for the same subscription 😢
