Trying to find out if a AI or EPS file exists.

I downloaded a Vintage Robot Illustration (JPG), but need to contact Adobe or Designer to see if an Illustrator AI or EPS file exists. Adobe AI Support was not usefull.

I don't think Adobe Support is staffed to do the database searching for you. You can search the Buyer portal for vectors using the same keywords you used to find this image.

You can't contact the "designer" via the stock platform. You may google the designer, however. 

But as this is a generative AI asset, I would conclude, that no vector file of this exists.

Who is Adobe AI support?
