Hello I am unable to access or download the image with the following product code from my account: Product Code 1276440376 However, the same image can be opened from another account. I would like to purchase and download this image using my own account. Could you please help me understand why this issue is occurring and how I can resolve it? Thank you, Batuhan Bartu Bebek

This is not a bug, it's a feature. Unfortunately, this asset is not available for sale in your region. The “other account” is probably located in a different region, where the asset is available for licensing. You should always search assets using your account, to avoid such issues. There is no solution to this, you will need to select a different asset, that is available in your region.
