Unable to cancel Adobe Stock free trial

Hi,

I am trying to cancel my free trial with Adobe Stock before I get charged in a day or so, however there is no option to do so.

I cannot contact the customer support as it says "Please contact your administrator for help." I have no idea what this means as I am signed up for an individual account.

Please cancel my account ASAP. This is an extremely frustrating customer experience.

Hi KBel90,

It sounds like you have more than one login for Adobe. A personal login that is associated with this subscription and another login that is managed by an organization you belong to. You are currently logged in under the latter. You will need to sign out and sign in with the personal account in order to view and manage your persponal subscription.
