I am a few days into the trial and want to cancel. However, when I try and cancel through my account management page, it gives the following error:
Please try again later. If the issue persists, please contact Customer support.
I also tried contacting the chat customer support but have no received any reply back. Please advise, thank you.
Please contact customer care again. It appears they had some sort of technical outage when you contacted them.

Customer support is via chat. You get connected, and you chat live with an Adobe employee or support contractor (after explaining to the chatbot that you want to cancel your stock subscription).
Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
