unable to cancel my adobe stock subscription trial

i signed up for the adobe stock free trial on August 11, because the premise of 10 free images and being able to cancel within the first month looked good. i downloaded the images and proceeded to cancel about two days later, and there is NO option at all to manage my stock plan, it just says "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly." i thought i'd leave it and come back later, but its september 2 and it;s still saying this, a little search for my problems showed that other people are having the problem too and they are getting charged. i would like my trial cancelled please, i'm here feeling like i've been duped. you may need to change the wording about the trial subsccription because i'm not the only one feeling misled by the looks of things. please cancel my adobe stock subscription. Thank you

There is a PDF Pack monthly subscription showing under your Adobe ID.  The subscription has been stopped so there will be no further billing and you will have access until the end of your current billing month - 17 Oct.

I have the same problem as well. I would like to cancel my month-to-month subscription to premiere pro, but when I try to manage my plan, it says "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly." My subscription for this month is coming very close to an end, and I do not plan on using premiere pro for the next three months, so I'd like to cancel as soon as possible. Please help! Thank you.
