i signed up for the adobe stock free trial on August 11, because the premise of 10 free images and being able to cancel within the first month looked good. i downloaded the images and proceeded to cancel about two days later, and there is NO option at all to manage my stock plan, it just says "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly." i thought i'd leave it and come back later, but its september 2 and it;s still saying this, a little search for my problems showed that other people are having the problem too and they are getting charged. i would like my trial cancelled please, i'm here feeling like i've been duped. you may need to change the wording about the trial subsccription because i'm not the only one feeling misled by the looks of things. please cancel my adobe stock subscription. Thank you
Hi there

Hello there. I am trying to cancel my trial subscription on Adobe PDF Pack and I cannot access the manage plan button. It only shows, "You'll be able to manage your plan shortly," but it said I could cancel within 14 days and still get a full refund. And I was also charged an extra dollar and I'm not entirely sure as to why because it said my total was $9.99, and there was no tax included in the final order.

Hi EC
Your Adobe PDF Pack subscription shows as cancelled and a refund has been processed.
The $1 transaction is a pre-authorization amount and is not deducted from your credit card.
Kind regards
Bev

Hi RB
There isn't a Stock subscription under the Adobe ID you used to post on the forum. Did you perhaps sign up using a different Adobe ID?
You were given 10 free Stock credits as you have a Creative Cloud for teams account, which is different from the individual promo as you don't have to sign up for a Stock subscription.
Thanks
Bev

Hi Matthew,
Unfortunately, I cannot find any subscription under the Adobe ID you are using to post on forums. Is there a different Adobe ID which you have used to sign up? If yes, please private message the Adobe ID so that we can further help you with the issue.

Hi Laura,
Please follow the steps mentioned in the help document https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/kb/cancel-membership-subscription-stock.html

Additionally, I would like to let you know that you will lose access to any unused licenses if you cancel your plan, so you'd need to use them prior to cancelling.
In case you still face troubles, feel free to update this thread so that we can further assist you.

I'm having the exact same problem. Come on Adobe!! surely this ever-growing topic is grounds enough to sort your system out. You're misleading customers and acting like some bogus company.
Who would want to remain subscribed when the initial invite is false and misleading?
