I subcribed to the Trial in December 2022, and cancelled my plan 14 days after, but now I see I have been charged for the annual plan and when I go to "Manage subscription" it does not allow me to continue and loops in the security questions and make me change my password over and over again (see the page bellow).
Please help me cancel this plan, never wanted it and it's 39,99$ a month!
What does it say, when you “Continue” and verify your identity and create your password?
