Unable to download licensed images

Happens to me twice when I cant download licensed images (.jpg). Redownload button doesn`t work at all. Didn`t have same issue before, and in meantime I have licensed and downloaded other images. I have lost 2 credits so far.... Any help from support would be appreciated.

Actually I would like to ask you to restore those 2 wasted credits to my account. Ive already found those files in other stock. Thank you 🙂
