Hello,
Within the past week, our team has been unable to download stock images to our local drives, and then not even to a library. I was able to download one image today to our cloud library, but nothing is going in the local download folder. I was not able to download other files as the browser would time out. We've also had problems with auto-fills on websites, so we were thinking our IT might've changed something that is blocking something on our browsers. Both these bugs have come up around the same time in the past 2 weeks. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
IT finally looked deeper and opened the blocked road on our end.
Thanks.

For once someone who understands how IT keeps themselves busy... (just kidding, I feel your pain).
I would pass this list to your IT departement. Very often they block "unknown" nodes in firewalls and that causes all kinds of issues.
A different thought would be to check user accounts access to "hidden" user spaces like the USER\AppData space. Your IT may block write access to those spaces.

IT will be getting involved again soon.
To further clarify - this is exactly what we are seeing now:
1) In creative Cloud app, selecting "Stock and Marketplace", we all get a progress icon, then the message "Something went wrong..."
2) Going directly to Adobe.com stock images, we can browse the images, and we can "download" any image available to us with our plan, but it never is "downloaded." It showns online as "downloaded", and it shows up in libraries, but when we try to use it, we get "This item can't be edited because it is still being downloaded." For reference, there is a file in our libraries from 2 weeks ago that is "Still being downloaded."
