Unable to edit/open AI/EPS from Adobe Stock download

Hi I have downloaded a number of ai images and am unable to open them ./  They are shown as a pdf download and I cannot open, please help, thank you

Hi judithm89516088,

AI/EPS files can be opened with Adobe Illustrator. They are Vector images as opposed to Bitmap images (.jpeg, .png, .bmp, etc...).

Thanks so much, any ideas, I do not have AI and unfortunately have been unable to download a few of these files I have inadvertently downloaded in error. Any ideas on how to resolve, thank you

I had problems in which images are offered as AI/EPS but really are jpegs, maybe that's the problem?
