Unable to License the Image that I needed

I have a few images that I needed to license but unable to license the images. It gives me the error message of "This asset cannot be licensed". Anyone has a solution to this problem?

I have no problem to license this asset.

And as I see, you still have 6 assets available. I would suggest you try it again. If it does not work, maybe you could try it with incognito or private browsing or use a different browser or a different computer/tablet/phone.

If all that does not work, you should ask help from Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.

Hi there, it appears that you are attempting to license assets from the US Adobe Stock site but that you are in Malaysia. Not all Adobe Stock content is available in all countries. Please use https://stock.adobe.com/my when visiting Adobe Stock to see assets available in your region.

Only one of the images in this account is visible. When I change the country, all the images appear, but then I get the error that it cannot be licensed. From which country can I log in and see and download all images?
