Unable to purchase the license of a template even I have the subscription plan

I have been using Adobe Stock for my work all the time with my 10 assets plan. However, when I click to get the template I want to purchase. It doesn't allow me to do so.

The site only shows me what subscription plan I need to get, but I already have the 10 assets plan. It just keeps looping and there is no way I can purchase the license.

By the way, I have logged into my account.

I see that you closed a subscription in March and started your new subscription at the same time but there was an issue and you didn't get your quota. The old quota was lost when you closed the old subscription but because you immediately started a new subscription you are eligible to retain the old quota. I have restored the unused quota from the old subscription. I will need to work with another team to restore your new subscription and I'll update you next week when that is completed.

@WendellaBee I believe that unsubscribe and resubscribe is due to the account option that I can change from the USD billing to the CAD billing in March. But I didn't know that option there will create such a mess here.
