Unbelievable Unfair Terms and Conditions

I check my assets today, and it says I have 8 left.  What?  I had a 10 assets a month plan for $29.99/mo. and don't do much graphic design work at all.

I call up Adobe, and they confirm that I had about 100 unused assets last year and each month they rolled over...until my renewal month in November and then the assets DON'T ROLL OVER!  I lost about $300.00 for which I received nothing.  Nothing from Adobe.  Adobe "customer care" on the phone referenced about 10 times the Terms and Conditions of my agreement.  Adobe is big tech monopoly type "care" where they care about their fine print screwing over the customer.  How is that right?  13 pages of Terms and Conditions in size 8 font probably.  Yeah, they're probably right that it was in the Terms and Conditions.  Dude, I'm not interested in a lawsuit over getting some stock photos, I want a company that gives a **** and does the right thing.  I gave you money and you take away my unredeemed assets?  I can get stock photos much cheaper in other places.  I can also spread the story to the world of how not to trust Adobe and their unbelievable Terms and Conditions on page 342 or whatever that says "xyz how Adobe screws you if you don't do a ton of design work each year".  The whole thing about these companies is they're supposed to want you to use their software, photos, videos, music, one stop shop, have you as a customer forever using Adobe, then they pull cheap stunts on the customer.  Not cool.  As soon as I cancel, they will start sending emails and targeted ads to get me back at a higher customer acquisition cost than just doing the right thing in the first place and not having a policy that makes clients license images they don't need just so they dont lose their assets.
