Undo licensing?

I mistakenly licensed several images that are Ai format and I can't use them. Is there any way to undo these licenses?

Could you elaborate on why you cannot use these files?

I do not have Ai so I cannot edit them for my purposes. I thought I was accessing JPEGs or other photo formats.

Hi tarynbadal,

Many .ai files can be opened in Photoshop; choose Place Embedded... or Place Linked... from the File menu. However if this does not suit your needs we would need to know the asset IDs for the files in order to help you further.

I do not have photoshop either so unfortuantely I cannot use these. I am also having issues with accessing my library in order to provide you with the assest IDs. When I try to access my library it says "could not load libraries". I have been getting this error since yesterday.

Regarding your initial issue here we would need to know the asset IDs for the files in order to help you further.

I'd need additional information regarding the libraries issue.

• Where are you encountering this issue is it only on Adobe Stock? Can you access your libraries here: https://assets.adobe.com/libraries?
• Is it all libraries or one particular library?

Please clear your history, close your browser sign out and try again.  Let me know if the issue continues and we can try some other things.
