Hello, I am an architect student and have been a customer since Feb 2021. I subscribed to Creative Cloud which has been very useful and with which I am very content. However, looking back I cannot find a reason to why I would have subscribed to a paid subscription of stock images. I had no idea that I was paying more than 30 euros every month for a service I never used once and now that I want to unsubscribe from it I have to pay an additional 50 euros fee. I am very upset that I have lost so much money for nothing to a company I trust. I am asking if it is possible to be reimbursed in any way as I am sure it is obvious I never intended to purchase this subscription.
