Unfair Adobe Stock Subscription Practices

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with Adobe Stock and would like advice or support. I unknowingly ended up in an annual subscription after signing up for the trial. I wasn’t aware that it couldn’t be canceled monthly and now have to pay €36 per month for a year or nearly €200 to cancel early.

I didn’t notice any clear information about a 14-day cancellation window, and Adobe Support hasn’t replied to my emails. Has anyone faced similar issues? How did you resolve it?

Thanks in advance!

for others, there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Just to say: When you take your subscription, you get an e-mail with all the relevant information, also on how to cancel and when to cancel, including the early termination fee (which is half of the remaining due) and the 14 day window. So may be you haven't read that information but it is clearly shown to you.

Adobe support cannot be reached by e-mail. I do not know what e-mail address has been used, but there is no support e-mail address.
