If you are unable to find information when you log into Account Management: https://account.adobe.com then is it possible you have another Adobe ID associated with a different email address? You would need to know which email address is associated with the charges. As it stands I do not see any subscriptions associated with the account you are using here on the forums.
Once you determine the correct email address, please sign into Adobe.com with that account and you can contact customer care at this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
