Unusably slow adobe stock

I'm trying to download a 4.5mb file from adobe stock. It's downloading at an unbelievably slow 5.0kB/sec. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection. A speed test shows I have a 42.5 Mbps download capability. I can download absolutely anything else no problem. I've tried: turning machine off and on, clearing cache, trying different browsers. Turning internet off and on, logging in and out of adobe account. This is making my work darn impossible. How can this be fixed?

@adamjvw I'm sorry you are having difficulty. Are you able to try a different network? Do you have any extensions or anti-virus running in your browsers?
