Unused licenses are gone!

Hi Adobe Stock Support Team,

I have an active 3-images/month plan and had over 80 unused licenses in my account. Since last week there are only 12 left. Is there a reason why this happened? I thought, that the plans include a rollover of benefits, which ensures that unused licenses continue to be available in my account?

the 3 images plan gives you:

3 standard assets a month

2999 € /mo

• Cancel anytime
• No annual commitment
• Additional standard assets: 9,99 €/ea
• Rollover up to 36 standard assets with plan renewal

So there should be 36 assets in you account and no 80 and they should stay.
