I checked my payments and noticed I had been charged for the use of stock images I didn’t want, don’t need it and am not using. I have spent quite a while trying to find a contact number or other portal I could to contact the Adobe Customer Care / Billing team about this. Given the money Adobe generates, I am very disappointed with the GUI’s you have set up. It’s like you’re trying to frustrate your customers rather than help them.
Anyone that can advise on who I can contact to sort this out, before I give up and pass to Trading Standards and Which UK?
