Urgent Appeal for Fair Resolution Regarding Contributor Account Deactivation

Dear Adobe Community,

I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding a recent issue I have encountered while using Adobe Express, specifically relating to the use of assets from a contributor whose account has now been deactivated by Adobe Stock.

Approximately 2 to 3 days after downloading and utilizing these assets in my designs, I attempted to revise my work, only to find that I could no longer access the downloaded files due to the contributor's account being banned. This unexpected action has not only hindered my workflow but has also resulted in significant losses for both myself and the affected contributor.

In my efforts to seek assistance, I have reached out to Adobe support through various channels, including multiple chat agents and emails, yet I have received no responses or resolutions to date. This lack of communication is concerning and raises questions about the fairness of the policies in place that affect the user experience and the livelihood of individual contributors.

I urge Adobe to review this matter with the seriousness it deserves. The implications of such actions impact not just the contributors but also loyal users who depend on a seamless workflow within your platforms. The fairness and transparency expected from Adobe must be upheld to ensure that both contributors and users are protected from significant disruptions and unfair treatment.

Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. I hope for a swift and equitable resolution.

Sincerely,
Victor Coro

Adobe suspends and deactivates accounts only, when those accounts violate seriously their contributor agreement. In many cases, not deactivating an account would expose Adobe to serious legal action.

As of my knowledge, Adobe thoroughly reviews those accounts and based on their findings, they decide if the account can be reinstated. Adobe won't discuss publicly the reasons that lead to an account suspension.

There is nothing more that can be done for you in this situation. You will need to

That's not a solution for me, you're defending Adobe, are you getting paid?

He is not "defending Adobe", but rather stating the facts. You have apparently already pleaded your case with Adobe directly without success, and most likely will not receive a response from an Adobe employee here.
