Hi @default1wt27h3t04nl,

I'll need some more information in order to troubleshoot this issue for you. Can you please provide a screenshot of the error you are receiving? Also can you confirm that the Adobe ID you are using on the forums is the same one you are using to log into the Adobe Stock website?

Hi @EvilBugQueen1

Below is a screenshot of the error I'm receiving and can't get beyond.

My email address is the same for both the forum and the Adobe Stock website, but it shows  up as two different names, 'default1wt27h3t04nl' here and 'MSIT' in the Stock  website - i'm assuming the latter is part of the enterprise account.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you

Yes, the latter is your enterprise account. Which is selected in the profile menu when you see this error?

From my limited knowledge of Enterprise accounts it doesn't appear that your organization has authorization for Stock assets. Your administrator would need to look into this with their account manager. I will doublecheck with my colleague that works on our Enterprise team but she is in Europe and I won't receive a reply until tomorrow morning. I apologize for the delay.

You would be able to purchase Adobe Stock assets under your personal entitlement. There are also free assets available from https://stock.adobe.com/free. These would be available under your personal entitlement also.

I think I know what's going on. You do have an Enterprise profile, named MSIT but it does not have any Adobe Stock authorization.

You also have a Team profile also named MSIT. Clear your browser history and restart your browser.  When you sign into the Adobe Stock website don't choose company. Choose Personal. After you sign in, you will see MSIT in your profile menu. That profile has Adobe Stock and you'll be able to license the file.

Let me know here if you are successful or not.

Hi @EvilBugQueen1 , thank you for your suggestion. Since my issue was time sensitive i had to go ahead and buy the footage using a personal, but i will note this for future. Thank you for your help.
