Hello everybody,
I need some help with a usage rights topic.
I'd like use picture of different Italian locations and monuments on a 2.000 pieces merchanding production, plus the images will porbably be shown on some On Line Videos (maybe few seconds per each of the 5 videos).
Does any one know if for the Italian regulation there's any kind of issue in using images of monuments (for instance an image of the Duomo of Milano) even though I pay for the extended license?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards

Generally speaking, if the assets are in the database, they have been cleared for use. I'm not aware of any Italian related restrictions. If you have doubts, you should ask an Italian lawyer specializing in the topic. An extended licence will be needed.

(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based reading and interpreting the licence terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I cannot rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'm not an Adobe employee).
