Using an image for free

I was able to download an image, maybe this is part of my first 10 free, but I want to use this image for my website.

It downloaded fine, and I added my website name to it.

Is this a free image that I can now use, and don't have to pay for it?

I have checked your account details and do not see any subscription in your account. Do let me know if you have any other Adobe ID.

If yes, you can share the same in a private message.

Also, when you say you were able to download one image, were you able to license the image and then download it or was it the preview mode?
