Hi,

I'm new to adobe stock and am still using the free trial run before deciding on the annual subscription.
I have to say that I am not happy as I have downloaded 2 files that are supposed to be in AI/EPS and it's simply not editable and are extremely pixeled. Is there something that I am doing wrong?
FILE #:  348844292
FILE #:  337010090

thanks.

Those 2 samples look like purely JPGs and not true vectors. Might be some cheating by that particular artist and some how it got through the system. 🤷

I also agree and wish I could've realized it before actually downloading the file. I'm new to this šŸ˜•

Hi SaraDenise,

Which Creative Cloud application are you using to view these files? Illustrator and downloading these as vector and not jpeg will allow you to manipulate these images. As a jpeg it will be a flat file and if opened directly in Photoshop you won't see the best quality image. Please see my response in this thread for tips to open a vector in Photoshop.

Thank you for your thorough reply.

I’m wondering if these files will only open properly with Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop?
I am currently using Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo.

Yes, it would be ideal to open these in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. You would be able to use the .ai file and choose which image to use in your work. I'd recommend looking for single images as opposed to multiple images like these two files. If you absolutely cannot use them I can grant you replacement licenses so you can find something more appropriate for your tools. Otherwise you might want to give Creative Cloud a try. šŸ™‚

Thank you for getting back.
Unfortunately, with neither of these files I am able to single out just one image. They don;t work as editable file which is what I was looking for.

I have worked with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop previously but right now, I'm working with Affinity.

Two replacement licenses have been granted to your account. Please delete these two files from your system and any Creative Cloud libraries.
