version d'évaluation Adobe Stock introuvable sur mon compte : comment l'annuler?

Bonjour , 

 

je viens de recevoir un mail m'informant que ma version d'évaluation gratuite de 30 jours allait prendre fin , or je n'ai pas souscrit à cette formule , j'ai cependant un abonnement depuis près d'un an (que je paie cher et qui ne me sert a rien mais vu les frais d'annulation ...) Bref , ce mail m'informe:  "ne vous inquiétez pas, aucune action n’est nécessaire pour passer à votre abonnement payant ; il démarrera automatiquement à la fin de votre version d’évaluation."

 

euh... non merci . J'aimerais l'annuler mais aucune trace de cette version d'essai sur ma page "Formules" . Quelqu'un saurait il m'aider? 

Si non , y a t il un autre endroit SAV ou autre à qui je pourrais m'adresser?

You were likely supposed to have received a message indicating that your annual Adobe Stock subscription is going to renew soon. I can see from your Adobe ID that you are in the eleventh month of your annual subscription that started as a trial. I'll notify the appropriate team.

Vous devriez retrouver votre abonnement stock à la page https://account.adobe.com/plans. Si vous ne voyez pas l'abonnement, vous l'avez peut-être pris par une autre identité. Pour prendre un abonnement, même test, il faut entrer un moyen de payement. Contrôlez bien l'adresse mail à laquelle ce message est adressé. L'adresse mail correspond à l'identificateur d'Adobe.

 

Pour contacter le service clientèle d'Adobe, entamez le dialogue par le chat sécurisé (voir message suivant en anglais).

 

Édit : informations supplémentaires :

Les frais d'annulation correspondent à la moitié des frais à payer pour le reste de la durée de l'abonnement annuel. Il revient donc moins cher d'annuler que de continuer à payer un abonnement que l'on n'utilise pas. Inévitablement, pour éviter une nouvelle année, il faut activement terminer l'abonnement au courant du dernier mois, pour éviter une reconduite automatique.
