Very bad quality

I downloaded JPEG and vector of this picture but always it is very pixelated and bad quality.

Thank you for reporting the problem wit this vector/jpeg. I am tracking these and working with our engineering team to remedy this unfortunately we are not able to give you the high quality image at this time. I see that you were able to contact customer care and they gave you a replacement license to find another asset.
