Hi there, its kinda crazy. I got 3 animations, that were labeled as "seamless loopable animation" , which turned out to be false. Now i noticed there is no option to report it to adobe and not even a way to return?
Is that correct or am i just blind?

Did you licence the assets? If yes there are two routes to get your credits back:
1.) You have an Enterprise or Teams subscription. An admin of your plan needs to contact Adobe customer service for that.
2.) You have an individual subscription:
Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
