videos for a TV commercial (missing Extended Licence)

hi! my client would like to use some Adobe Stock video files in our TV commercial edit, for example:

or

https://stock.adobe.com/pl/video/cinematic-inspirational-video-of-young-woman-travelling-by-car-or-c...

There's no option for an Extended Licence here. Video stocks don't have an option for Extended Licence? Plus will cover a TV usage?
