videos segments we can not use in North America

Why do you have a lot of videos segments we can not use in North America ex : Construction workers with no security hats or boots ? we can t use theses video because they are wrong to show peoples .

- North America is not the only country that uses Adobe Stock.

- Videos are supplied by contributors, not Adobe themselves. Stock is just a marketplace.
