We cannot buy credit pack.

We are a company which operating in turkey. We like to take 5 images licence for our broshure. When we try to buy credit pack it want a membership from us. We already signed in but we entering our email address again than it's showing only 1 second this warning and coming back to prices page.

What the reason can be?

Sorry, It's very difficult for us to select photos like that for our broshure. We are working with an creative agency, it's put 3 different company to make this broshure. Review other stock photo options it's more simple for us. I hope we can work when you open a direct sell from your website. Have good working day.

How I can understand that how many credit I should buy for images I choose.

There's 5 images in my libary which linked below. Can you tell me 5 credit would be enough for them or not?

Five credits will allow you to buy 5 standard assets. You can filter on standard:

If you are unsure if you have enough credits for an asset you wish to purchase you can open the details view by clicking in the center of a thumbnail. If you have enough credits you will see credits listed if you do not you will see a price.

HD Videos are 8 credits, 4K videos are 20 credits. Premium assets range from 2 to 50 credits.

Your partner company told me. I must have 8 credits for each photo I look it's 8 credits. If I don't have yearly membership I cannot buy 1 photo on 1 credit. (They said I cannot buy standart, I must buy extended if I don't have

Annual commitment or month-to-month membership).  In the end of day. They told me I should buy 40 credits for 5 photos. (standart or extended licence not important)

Or I should be member for period instead of buying credits for one time.

Who is "your partner company"? Standard assets are 1 credit. If you need more credits its not a standard asset. A subscription allows you to buy standard assets only, no extended, expanded or video assets.

As I understand from your website;

Standart Assets I can buy with credits without making a time based plan. (each photo 1 credit)

Adobe Partner Companies in Turkey. (or dealers I don't know how you call it)

Softline says it's not possible I cannot buy standart assets without making time based plan. (monthly or yearly). If I want to buy photo without making a time based plan it must be extended licence which is 8 credit for each photo. 

Medyasoft says they cannot sell credit packs.
