where and how i buy adobe stock, the credit pack from Asia region?

hi all, i find is very hard to buy the adobe stock footage with credit pack, i am from asia region, i trying buy with credit card for the credit pack for the video footage, but it ask me contact the reseller. i can't buy personally instead of reseller? and i go to the reseller webpage ( the link is from adobe page), its never show their have a credit pack for stock footage, i am in a mist now. any one help?

You'll need to work with a reseller to purchase from Adobe Stock at this time. If you are not able to purchase with a personal/individual account you may be able to do with a team/business account. The reseller can assist you with this.
