Where are my 10 free stock photos?

I used one free photo from the 10 free stock photos that I was allocated and now I don't know what happened to my other 9 free photos. I wanted to download another photo and was charged for it even though I should still have 9 free.

Anyone else have this problem?

Sorry to hear that.

I have checked your account details and noticed that you were allocated with some free standard assets(10) under your team's account on 10/24/2018, of which you have only downloaded 1 asset and the remaining got expired on 11/24/2018.

The asset which you have downloaded on 12/17/2018 is an on-demand asset and that is the reason you were being charged an additional amount.

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.
