When navigating to the Adobe Stock website several customers are reporting that the site does not display properly and customers are only seeing a white page. This blocks customers from searching or purchasing Adobe Stock items. Mac users have reported the issue with Chrome and Safari. Windows users have reported the issue with Chrome.
Workaround 1:
One user reported that an update to the OSX Sierra enabled the ability to sync desktop and documents to the iCloud Drive documents folders. Disabling this feature resolved the white page issue for this customer.
Workaround 2:
Our engineers and staff have been unable to reproduce this issue. The problem seems to be with the SSL CA root cert globalsign and Mac OS Sierra or Windows operating systems. We are recommending that if the above workaround doesn't resolve this issue that customers please follow the instructions provided here: Delete CRL and OCSP Cache
Feedback:
We encourage your feedback regarding these workarounds. Please post a comment of the workaround you tried and whether or not it was successful and we will continue to monitor the issue.

Workaround 2 works with me ... and a big thanks to come up with a solution that solves the problem. I have tried everything possible and spent much time to find a solution. I have not used adobe stock the last six months and your support has not been able to solve it. But now I'm back again thanks! (Mac OS Sierra)

Workaround 2 worked for me as well. I haven't been able to access the site or search stock within photoshop for the past 2 months at least.

Hi. I can't get the workarounds to work for me. All has been good for months (except that I can't see my download history). Now, if I don't log into the Adobe Stock site, I can view page after page of pictures, do searches, etc. But as soon as I log in, the page goes blank. Completely blank. I've tried the above runarounds and I still have the problem. I've also tried it on two computers and two different browsers. Same issue. I should add that the desktop I'm using is a Mac with OS X El Capitan version 10.11.6. Safari 10.0.3 and Chrome Version 57.0.2987.133 (64-bit). Please advise!! Thank you.

Is there a solution here? My subscription ends on Thursday, April 20, and I see no need to renew it if all I get are blank pages when I log into the system (I can view the site without logging in, but what's the point?). Aside from what I've explained in my previous post about what I use and what I've tried, I've now attempted to log into my Stock account via a friend's PC with the same results. If this isn't resolved immediately for me, I'm one customer who's going elsewhere.

Hi Laura,
I've attempted to message you twice privately but have been unsuccessful in doing so. Please message me.

I've attempted messaging you back a couple of times, but the SEND button only goes gray and nothing happens. You may contact me via <REMOVED BY MODERATOR>— but my subscription ends on Thursday, FYI. I'm not saying this as a threat, just as a point of fact, that if this isn't resolved, I have no choice but to cancel my Adobe Stock account.

Workaround #2 on Windows is working for Edge (responsive but VERY slow to load pages to review content), slightly for Opera (still very slow but not getting a blank (white) screen), Mozilla (still get the pop up screen: unresponsive script), and i literally stopped using Chrome altogether because it's absolute pain in the arsh with CC Apps, Adobe Stock and Adobe Educational Exchange. I am no longer a friend of Chrome (lol).

Just signed up for the TEAM option for Adobe Stock.
We are having the same issues. After the inital search, we can't click on any image to get further information. It does nothing. I have tried all options and nothing worked.
It looks like this issue has been here for some time with no real fix. Never had these issues with other stock agencies.

I do not have "Kapersky" software installed on my MAC.
Did you send me the wrong link?

I tried "whitelisting" stock.adobe.com through Gostery plugin in (https://www.ghostery.com/ ). and now it is working correctly. So it looks like safari was blocking tracking info from adobe and this is why it was not working correctly.
Here is the issue : Adobe Dynamic Tag Management. If I turn this ON everything works.

I am experiencing the same issue. It started about 10 days ago and it's infuriating. It takes 3-5 minutes to load photos each time I do a search.
Whitelisting did not work, so I am stuck.
Please help, Adobe!

Hi Ryan and Maya,
We're so sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Please disable all browser extensions, then add them back individually to determine what may be causing the issue. We have seen several reports of the Last Pass browser extension causing issues, customers use this to sign into the Adobe Stock site. Disabling this extension after sign-in is a possible workaround.
Switch your browser to incognito or private mode.
Please let us know if you still face the same issue.
Regards,
Twarita

It appears Last Pass is causing the issue for me. Going incognito solved it.

I followed the instructions for this fix because I was also getting a white page on Adobe Stock and found that the only extension that was on was my internet security but while in my Safari preferences I noticed that my Adobe Flash Player had been shut off. I clicked the box to turn it back on and that worked to fix the problem. This may help someone else out there as well. ;o)
