This is a pretty succinct explanation of why I'm canceling my Adobe stock subscription.
I don't know what this artist's portfolio name is, or whether her images are properly tagged, or even good, and I don't care. Too many times I've licensed an image from a too-small preview, only to discover that it was AI. Please don't tell me how artists are required to label their images. See my previous post where I found dozens of images in under 5 minutes.
If Adobe is ok with someone creating and spamming a portfolio with 600+ images in 2 months then their platform is hostile towards actual artists. I can be my own 'prompt engineer' at any time.
As anyone who remembers those clipart CDs in the 90s can attest, more does not equal better. I want a stock service to be well-curated, and selective, not a dumping ground for quick-money AI content.
