Why paying for Adobe Stock now?

Why am I paying for Adobe stock now?  I was downloading assets for free just last week (and for a long time) and it said I had many credits on my account. What happened?

Hi there

It looks like you migrated your Dollar Photo Club credits to Adobe Stock on 16th March, 2016.  These credits were valid for 1 year, so expired on 16th March, 2017.

If you were to subscribe to an Adobe Stock plan within 30 days, the credits would be reactivated.

Kind regards

Bev

Could be a few things.

1: You were on a team account and you have been removed by an adminstrator

2: You signed up for a free trial and that has expired

3: You have logged in with a different Adobe ID than what was set up for Stock

4: You migrated over from DollarPhoto Club and that has now expired

Could be lots of things. Perhaps tell us you were getting them for free for an extended time and we can narrow it down.

Not sure. Thought it came with my subscription for some reason as an extra bonus I didn't know about. . I just logged in one time and the credits were there, so I've been using them. They've been great.
