Why when i download my desired photo it's with poor Quality?

Hi all

I found the only one image online that I like but when I download it instead of shiny black it comes kind of grey and I can't do anything with it...

Please advise why is this happening and can I get it fixed

Hello P.,

This is an Illustrator file. It can be opened in Illustrator directly or you can open Photoshop and choose Place Embedded... or Place Linked... from the File menu to use it there.
