Wich lizense do I need for use in product-labels?

I want to create a lable for a cleansing agent. Therefore I need a picture of a fingerprint. Unfortunately, the Adobe-Support won´t tell me, if i need a standard or an extended lizense. The support sent me a PDF that says, the standard lizense can be used for sales products if the picture is not the main reason the product is bought for. 

From what I understand, the use of a standard lizense should be ok in this case, because the picture is part of a layout that contains a logo and text (productname and short description). It is also changed to negative and placed on a metal background i created with Illustrator and Photoshop. In other words: nobody will by the product because of the nice picture, it just illustrates the purpose of the agent.
The problem is, that this is my interpretation and Adobe won´t confirm it. My offer to send the draft of the label for a binding information has been refused. Instead I got the statement, to buy the extended lizenze to be on the safe side.
A "Funny" statement, because there will be a lot more products to come. 

Can anyone help me with this?

You need to read the license terms to find out the correct license. You may also consult with your ip lawyer. Adobe wont give you more guidance than what is in the licensing terms.

Adobe can't offer any clarification. What matters is Only the license terms, as interpreted by lawyers and (potentially) courts. If someone tells you what the license means, or says something is ok, this has zero value and zero legal meaning. They are certainly not going to crank up their legal department at a cost of hundreds of dollars to look at any proposal that may make a few dollars. This is how it is. For legal opinions, you must consult a lawyer, at your own expense.
