Will I loose my stock images in library after cancelling?

HI guys,

its a very simple question - the FAQ should anser, but it doesnt.

I am on a monthly subscription. And I know I loose open credits, if I dont use them.

But when I cancel, do I still have access to my library, the stock images I licensed already?

As a related question, if I downgrade my 40 assets/mo subscription to the 10/month subcription, will I lose my 400+ credits that I haven't used yet?
