Wrong image downloaded

Hello, I just bought a picture with this number: #171582464 but when I downloaded it, there was another "image" with some russian text. Same problem is with both jpeg and ai.

I see no issue with the vector file if downloaded and opened in Illustrator. The file can be exported as JPEG and the exported JPEG looks as expected. I will report the issue you are seeing. I know this isn't ideal for you, please let me know if your require additional assistance.

Hello, I tried it again, .ai and also jpeg, but this is what I get:

Are you downloading the file from the Adobe Stock site and then opening it in Illustrator or are you downloading from within Illustrator?
