Adobe stock is not an application. I can use Adobe stock even on my phone.
Contact Adobe customer service as indicated here. It's not a robot, a bot just asks initial questions and based on your answers, the bot recommends actions or connects with an Adobe agent. Type “agent” to bypass the initial questioning, but you risk that the agent is not explicitly trained to solve your specific problem.
And again: Interacting here is much more profitable for all of us if your requests are understandable. So I really would urge you to post in your language. The translation here is very good.
