1 click license with button overlaying previews

I've just licensed the wrong image (again, but since I have 10 free images I didn't mind so much first time).

The UI is appaling, how can the license button be overlaying the thumbnail the user will click for preview?
1-click license is just wrong, but having the UI this way is misleading and causes a lot of pain to the users (as I could see by the amount of posts complaining).

Can you please change this and improve the UI? 
And don't know if I can return the image I wrongly licensed?
